Howard K. Stern Sues Virgie Arthur For Slander

E! Entertainment is reporting that Howard K. Stern has filed a federal slander lawsuit against Virgie Arthur's attorney John O'Quinn, accusing him of suggesting to media that he was, in fact, responsible for Anna Nicole's death.

Court documents were filed Friday in U.S. District Court in West Palm Beach.

"The public airwaves should never be used to promote personal agendas or vendettas," Stern's attorney, L. Lin Wood, said in a statement Friday.
