California Alcohol Agency May Investigate Hollywood Club 'Les Deux' After Lohan Crash

California's Liquor Control Board is talking with the Beverly Hills Police Department to determine if Lindsay Lohan was served alcohol illegally the night of the crash.

According to TMZ, Lindsay partied at Les Deux hours before she crashed her Mercedes into a palm tree. The gossip website even has video of Lohan leaving the WeHo hotspot around 3:30 a.m., an hour-and-a-half after closing time.

Reps for Les Deux are saying that Lindsay did not drink at the establishment and never has.

TMZ also contacted California's Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control spokesman John Carr who spoke with them and said that the agency will be reviewing witness reports to see if a formal investigation should come about. Another looming question they would like to have answered is if Lohan or or anyone else for that matter were served after hours. California's closing time is 2am.

Gee, do you think it took them long enough? Lindsay has been seen partying at Hollywood nightclubs for a few years now even though she doesn't turn 21 until July. I even remember seeing her sitting outside one place for lunch last year (was it The Ivy?) with a Corona in front of her.

Being a former bartender I have always been shocked and amazed at how underage celebrities are photographed arriving at, partying in, or exiting nightclubs. But as everyone knows, you get special treatment in Hollywood when you're a star. Especially when you are the 'it' girl.

I truly hope that the investigation goes down. We celebrity gossip bloggers have been complaining about this issue for years now and finally something is being done about it. Now I am not saying that Lindsay was in fact being served by Le Deux that night, but I promise you that it's happened before.

Miss USA Falls Onstage During 2007 Miss Universe Pageant

Miss USA Rachel Smith's strut down the catwalk to model her evening gown during the Miss Universe pageant didn't quite go as planned.



Smith slipped and fell on her rear during Monday night's Miss Universe pageant in Mexico City.

She was also seemingly booed during her interview by Hispanic audience members who were chanting "Mexico! Mexico!" until she spoke in Spanish, the Associated Press reports.

Smith's responsed with "Buenas noches Mexico. Muchas gracias!" , which earned her applause.

She finished fourth runner-up. Riyo Mori was named Miss Universe 2007.

Pageant co-owner Donald Trump said of Smith's ordeal, "Rachel has been a great Miss USA, and she's really a nice person, and I don't think they were booing Rachel, perhaps they were booing some policies of the United States, to be honest with you."

Lindsay Lohan Back in Rehab After Arrest

Lindsay Lohan has entered the notorious Promises rehabilitation center in Malibu after her weekend arrest.

It's been reported that Lindsay’s lawyer personally drove her there yesterday.

This would have been a busy week for Lohan as she was scheduled to do a photo shoot with OK Magazine tomorrow, and she was also set to begin filming 'Poor Things,' with Shirley Maclaine and Rosario Dawson, but that has been put on hold, and the photo shoot has been canceled.

Lohan's publicist told Access Hollywood, "Lindsay admitted herself to an intensive medical rehabilitation facility on Memorial Day. Because this is a medical matter, it is our hope that the press will appreciate the seriousness of the situation and respect the privacy of Lindsay as well as the other patients receiving treatment at the facility."

In case you had a long Memorial Weekend, Lindsay was arrested after an accident that occurred at approximately 5:30am Saturday.

After she crashed her Mercedes over a sidewalk and into some shrubs around the corner from the Beckham's new pad she fled the scene leaving her driver to remove the car. He parked it at a condominium complex and then took her to the hospital where she was later arrested. Police also impounded her car and upon searching the vehicle found some (surprise, surprise!) cocaine.

Lindsay was charged with DUI and may face additional felony charges.

Lindsay's night started with clubbing, and then moved on to a house party in the Hollywood Hills, and then another. And from what we hear, the house parties are always wild and almost always involve a ton of cocaine and whatever else you like to smoke, snort or swallow. Then Lindsay was on to the Mondrian Hotel where she attempted to get a room, but they were booked so she went home to her condo. She probably did more blow and then took off again to go pick up a friend.

After all of that you would think Lindsay would have chosen to stay home Sunday night. But no. She was out again, this time with Samantha Ronson, her rumored lesbian 'sometimes' lover. They went to a party at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. As the two were leaving they were photographed by paparazzi. Lohan was seen apparently passed out in the passenger seat.

Svedka Vodka was going to sponsor her 21st birthday in Las Vegas but have pulled out following Lindsay's arrest.

Lindsay Lohan Finally Arrested for DUI

After years of driving around Hollywood after snorting 2 grams of coke and drinking at clubs, Lindsay Lohan has finally been arrested for DUI.

And what a surprise..the police found 'a usable amount of cocaine' in her possession.

The arrest occurred shortly after 5:30am on Saturday after Lohan crashed her 2005 Mercedes SL-65 convertible into a curb and a shrub on Sunset Boulevard. Her car suffered "major damage," and Lohan was hospitalized for minor chest injuries according to police.

Two other people were in the car with Lohan at the time of the accident but they were not injured.

Police were called by a witness and responded three minutes after the call, but by that time Lohan, her companions and the car had fled the scene.

Lohan was later found by police at the Century City Hospital and her Mercedes at condominium complex. The vehicle was towed at 6:30 a.m.

Police are keeping mum on how they know Lohan was driving, but say they're "confident" that she was.

A press conference was held Saturday and Lt. Mitch McCann, media relations officer for Beverly Hills police department said, "A usable amount of an illegal narcotic tentatively identified as cocaine was recovered and booked."

Police would not say where they found the cocaine or what Lohan's BAC was.

"She was charged with a misdemeanor," said McCann. "There is a potential for additional charges."

Lindsay was seen out at Les Deux before the crash. She showed up just after 11PM and was smoking, dancing and partying the night away.

Obviously Lindsay learned nothing from the incident. X17 photographers caught her out with Samantha Ronson around 4AM this morning, completely funked up. Check out the pics.

Meanwhile, Lindsay's father, Michael Lohan says that her arrest may be a blessing in disguise. He thinks she is hanging out with the wrong crowd and that she needs to reconnect with family and find God.

Lohan's tentative arraignment date is Aug. 24.

Paula Abdul Breaks Her Nose

Paula Abdul broke her nose on Saturday after tripping and falling while trying to avoid stepping on her Chihuahua, Tulip.

Abdul's rep David Brokaw told People Magazine, "She went to the doctor and she did break her nose, but she's moving on and doing great. She looks terrific. If you didn't know she broke her nose, you'd never guess anything happened to her."

"She is in pain. No question about that," Brokaw says. "But she's standing 10 feet from me and you'd never know anything happened to her. There are no bandages. She's got some bruises on her arms and on one of her legs."

"I have no knowledge of her taking anything,(pain medication)" Brokaw says. "But she's very alert and clear-headed and having fun."

Abdul is still expected to appear on Tuesday's American Idol and it's season finale on Wednesday.

Paula seems upbeat depite her injury saying that her dog, "[Tulip] has no remorse, she just stared at me."

Eve Gets DUI, Blows Double the Legal Limit

Rapper/actress Eve was arrested early this morning after she crashed her gold Maserati on Hollywood Blvd.

Police arrested her on suspicion of driving under the influence and later divulged to TMZ that her blood alcohol level was "double the legal limit."

There were two passengers in the car with Eve at the time of the accident.

The accident occurred around 2:45 AM Thursday. Eve smashed into a center divider, wiping out the entire front of her car.

TMZ photographers were at the scene, and observed Eve being arrested and handcuffed. Photographers said Eve was "visibly upset" as she was being hauled off.

Eve posted $30,000 bail and was released from Los Angeles County Jail. She tried to cover her face as she went out to be picked up by a friend, in a Maserati.

Lindsay Leaves Bathtub Running, Goes Clubbing?

You may have heard about Lindsay Lohan's West Hollywood condo and the serious damage she did to Harry Morton's condo one floor below.

Lindsay's condo flooded last month, soaking Harry's unit and causing extensive damage.

TMZ has found that contrary to published reports, the culprit was not a faulty pipe. According to the incident report, security officers at Sierra Towers went to Lindsay's unit, walked into the master bathroom, "and found the water overflowing in the bathtub." The security officer humbly wrote, "It seems that they left the faucet on. I turned it off."

Damages exceeded $150,000, and Morton wants Lohan to pay.

Lindsay's rep told TMZ Lindsay and her assistant, Jenny, were in New York on the night in question, but TMZ has video of Lindsay at an L.A. club that very night.

Gotta love TMZ.
